If any of our staff leave within the first 30 days employment and the cost of the first two days is on us or any staff who requires additional days of training, there is no charge for the extra day. Also, we don't charge for the first two days of the new hire for the same position.

A common complaint we get from most of the homes is, agencies over charge or charge exorbitant rates and rates are very unreasonable. Our rates are very affordable. We don't over charge or take advantage of the opportunity. We provide quality staff at an affordable rate. When you save on labor, it's a win-win for both parties. We're also flexible and open for discussion and negotiations including performance evaluations of our staff.
